a training ground for building traits of Leadership, Management and skills

With India Inc. looking forward
to its mission 2020 - the market space is massively awaiting skilled and
talented Management professionals. The Course structure then and now has been
primarily focusing on building professionals who will have traits of
intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship. I have personally learnt, benefited and
continue to learn from the program, with a vast majority of connect and network
with JDBI friends, family and faculty who continue to do better with each
passing day, reconnecting on events and occasions and ensuring we all thrive at
the same pace evolving for the better.
Post my graduation, I've worked
in Managing Operations for renowned start-ups as TFS, Ola Cabs, Rivigo
Logistics and at present in main stream industries handling Project Management
and Supply Chain Division at Manyavar.

“I completed my BBA (Honours) with a
specialisation in Marketing from J. D. Birla Institute (Department of
Management) in 2017. In addition to the academic learning that has resulted
from their comprehensive and brilliant BBA programme, I have acquired essential
communication and interpersonal skills, which are indispensable for success in
the corporate world, during the three years that I have spent here. I am
grateful to the Placement Cell at JDBI, which was instrumental in helping me
secure my first job. It was because of the support and guidance that I had
received from the Placement Cell that I was able to secure a 3-month internship
with Swiggy. I was offered a full-time role, as a Sales Manager, on completion.
I am currently working as a Senior Sales Manager in the same organisation, and
